Locally-sourced from an aged Silver Maple that was felled for safety, the homeowner was looking to preserve their beloved backyard Maple. With over 90 years of growth, this cookie slab makes for an ideal coffee table. By filling the rotted areas with an opaque pearl white resin, the wood can be stabilized while providing a striking design feature with a seamless transition between the epoxy and the wood. Sitting atop white powder-coated hairpin legs.
