Custom Black Walnut Coffee Table made from a Southern Black Walnut slab cast in a translucent gunmetal/ black epoxy resin. This unique slice of lumber from a mature Black Walnut Orchard has a grain structure that is not often seen when traditionally-sawn in lumber yards (cut a bit more across the grain than traditional flat-sawn lumber). Complete with custom solid Black Walnut legs made from wood harvested from the exact same tree as the slab. It is very rare to yield dimensional lumber and a live-edge slab from the same tree - this is truly a one-of-a-kind piece.
